Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years.
Retail exposure will add advantage.
Must have own laptop and cell phone.
HR qualification or equavalent NQF6 is a prerequisite. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE THE QUALIFICATION.

Critical performance areas:

Preparation of disciplinary hearings.
Preparation of appeal hearings.
Compile warnings.
Compile charge sheets for disciplinary hearings.
Must have knowledge of CCMA matters
Union or Department of Labour negotiations. Any meetings or correspondence with these parties will be handled on behalf of management.
