Waiter

Minimum Requirements

• Must reside in Sinoville
• Must be a South African citizen
• A friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Must own smartphone for communication and possible app-based systems
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent customer service
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience as a waiter in a restaurant, café or hospitality environment

Advantageous Attributes

• Previous experience in using POS systems
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Able to manage guest feedback with discretion and tact, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and the establishment
