A well-established organization in Pretoria East is seeking a Senior Unit Manager RN (Second-in-Command to Matron) to join their team. Salary will be discussed in the interview.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active SANC registration.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Unit Manager in a healthcare setting.
• Administrative qualification as per SANC training.
• Preferable experience in psychiatric care (not essential).
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and energetic approach.
• Flexibility to handle overtime and be available as needed for hospital demands.
