Qualifications and Experience:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Receptionist
  • Experience as a Service Administrator is an advantage
  • Knowledge of stock control & WIP
  • Be computer literate in MS Office & Syspro
  • Reside within or around Durban
  • A valid drivers’ license & own vehicle will be an advantage

  • Answer switchboard
  • Take messages
  • Receive post
  • Relay messages to various staff
  • Update and load vendors on database
  • Contact clients for appointments and site visits
  • Technicians time cards and overtime capture
  • Cell phone claims – scanning and e-mailing
  • Hand out spares to technicians for site works
  • Hand out workshop tools to technicians from stock room
  • Receiving of workshop tools back to stock room
  • Booking of technicians vehicles in for services and repairs
  • Necessary paperwork for technicians vehicles
  • Necessary paperwork for technicians time sheets capturing
  • Scanning and receiving time sheets
  • Assist with vehicle rentals
  • Petty cash updates and expenditure receipts
  • Photostat invoices
  • Grn invoices
  • Invoices filing
  • Pro-forma invoices
  • Assist with reports on wip
  • Quotations
  • Make up of new and updating of safety files
  • Booking of courses – ehs and various technicians
  • Attend ehs courses
  • Collect all ehs safety documents and filing of such
  • Ehs meetings and capture minutes of meetings
  • Receive deliveries from mr and ctn
  • Receiving of stock and counting
  • Packing of spares on shelves in na stock room
  • Transfer of stock to various
  • Stock take
  • Update on stock control
  • Shopping on line for office groceries
  • Supervisor tsebo cleaning services
  • All cms sales – invoicing – spares
  • All toshiba sales – spares- invoicing
