Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration, preferably in training or project administration
- Relevant qualification in Administration, Business Management or related field ( degree advantageous )
- Knowledge of outcomes-based training principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook )
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in maintaining accurate project records, schedules and reports
- Proficiency in preparing and managing documentation, correspondence and presentations
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Mpumalanga
- Understanding of compliance with company policies and quality standards in administrative processes
- Ability to provide logistical support for training sessions, including venue bookings, participant coordination and material preparation
- Demonstrated ability to report progress, challenges and solutions to project managers
