Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Production Administrator within the electronic environment
  • Basic understanding of electronics will be an advantage
  • Be computer literate in MS Office & Accpac
  • Have a Matric Certificate
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills

Key Performance Areas:

  • CCS system
  • Dispensing/Writing-off stock
  • Stock Takes
  • Production related tasks
  • Monthly Contractor meetings
  • General
  • Maintenance of CCS integrity
  • Preparing of contractor payments for HR
  • Liaising with Contractors with regard to outstanding work
  • Chasing of urgent orders as determined by the Operations Director
  • Resolving Bill of Material issues with the relevant departments
  • Reporting any unresolved problems to the Operations Director
  • Signing and approval of stock that is to be dispensed or written-off from stores to various departments (i.e. testing, R&D, Contractors, Production)
  • Supervise all work in progress stock takes (overseen by the Operations Director)
  • Assist with all other stock takes held by the company
  • Building of Manufacturing Orders as per the Operations Directors requierments
  • Generating picking slips for stores pickers as per Operations Director
  • Releasing of Manufacturing Orders into Work in Progress
  • Complete and transfer Manufacturing Orders in Misys
  • Book Finished Goods into Inventory Control
  • Adjust stock in Inventory Control for sales samples
  • Maintain all data accurately on the system
  • Maintain a weekly meeting with the Operations Director
  • Attend all contractor meetings
  • Take down minutes and distribute them to the Director
  • Maintain a weekly meeting with the Operations Director
  • Attend all contractor meetings
