Labour Relations Officer

Requirements

• Minimum of one year’s experience as a Labour Relations Officer
• Must reside in Pretoria
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Must have own laptop and smartphone

Critical Performance Areas

• Union experience and negotiating will be an added advantage
• Preparation of disciplinaiy hearings
• Preparation of appeal heai·ings
• Co1npile warnings
• Co1npile charge sheets for disciplinary hearings
• Union or Department of Labour negotiations. Any meetings or correspondence with these patties will be handled on behalf
of management
• Representation of the client in:
1. Wage negotiations
2. Retrenchments (S189)
3. Grievances
4. CCMA – legal cases
