Qualifications and Experience:
- Have a minimum of 1 Year experience as a Helpdesk Support Agent
- Knowledge of electrical systems and technical products
- Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical issues
- Have excellent communication skills
- Reside within or around the Pretoria Area
