Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily HVAC sales and profit targets.
  • Represent and promote the company’s image within the market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers to support branch profitability
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence and feedback to management
  • Deliver pre- and post- sales technical support on HVAC products
  • Prepare accurate quotes for air-conditioning and HVAC solutions
  • Support long-term branch growth and meet agreed-upon budgets
  • Grow the branch’s order book by developing quality customer relationships
  • Work closely with contractors to source and secure large project enquiries
  • Assist with stock takes, inventory counts, branch admin and other operational duties as required
  • Ensure full SHEQ and EH&S compliance at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of air-conditioning sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry and market
  • Proactive, self-motivated personality with strong drive
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt and self-develop
  • Solid business acumen and a customer-centric mindset
  • General technical knowledge of air-conditioning systems
