Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking the expertise of a Claims Consultant to join their team in Roodepoort. Salary is negotiable depending on experience & qualifications.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Have a minimum between 1-5 years’ experience within the Insurance/Finance Sector
  • Have excellent Matric Results (A in all subjects including Mathematics)
  • Must have a Degree with no failed subjects
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Have good people skills
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive enviroment
  • Be willing to provide Matric Results, Academic Records & photograph

Key Performance Areas:

  • Administering of claims and opening of files;
  • Day to day self-management of claims;
  • Appointing assessor and authorizing same;
  • Directing claims input on systems;
  • Ensure appropriate controls are in place for valid claims settlement;
  • Managing repudiations, insuring fairness and diplomatic communication;
  • Application of Policy terms and conditions;
  • Ad Hoc Projects.

Remuneration:

Salary is negotiable depending on experience & qualifications
