Requirements
• Proven experience as a barman, barista, or similar role ( minimum 6 months preferred )
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, drink recipes and bar service
• Ability to operate coffee machines, grinders and other bar equipment confidently
• Excellent customer service skills – friendly approachable and well-spoken
• Fluent in English ( Afrikaans an advantage )
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and attitude
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, honest and punctual – must have good time management skills
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and late hours
• Must have own reliable transport or reliable commute
• South African citizen or legally allowed to work in South Africa
